Imagine yourself being strong, focused and whole. As someone who has worked to get there and continues to work as there is always more and you never get “there,” I wouldn’t have it any other way.
Within this, some of the challenges I assist with are stated. I work with adults, kids, teens, couples, families, schools or companies. If you are on medication for your issue, we work to wean you off, and it has happened time and time again.
(1) Those challenged with anxiety/depression: anger, addiction, aging, autism/neurodiversity, family displacement or adoption, heart issues, identity challenges, self-harm32, OCD, sexual/emotional abuse, PTSD, bipolar disorder, migraines, OCD, eating disorders, nightmares, social anxiety disorder.
(2) Individuals going through loss/grief: loss of any personal connection, a shift in the family due to death or adoption, miscarriage, pet loss, identity shift due to end/change of job, change due to retirement, grief due to illness/physical alteration, divorce or marital issues, etc.
Together or remotely, our first session isn’t just a meet and greet, we get to work right away and sometimes certain aspects can change immediately. All it takes is an open mind, trust and your commitment to yourself.
The realm of aviation safety is changing. Today it takes more than just the traditional safety program. A common enhancement to an SMS program is a human performance component. Even with all of the regulations, the various aviation communities continue to deal with incidents and accidents related to human performance/human factors issues.
